Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at Wood Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HSE mandates, providing HSE services, and developing and implementing site-specific HSE plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of HSE mandates and policies
  • Providing HSE services and support to the working location
  • Developing and implementing site-specific HSE plans
  • Monitoring compliance to HSE standards and client requirements
  • Conducting scheduled field visits and inspections, and recommending corrective actions
  • Supporting site-specific HSE training requirements
  • Analyzing statistical data and inspection reports
  • Assisting in the investigation of incidents and identifying root causes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in HSE or a related field
  • Advanced medical and/or HSE certification preferred
  • Statistical and analytical skills
  • Relationship-building competencies with multiple employee levels
  • Computer-based systems and software skills
