We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Create a welcoming environment, engaging with guests and making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Operate a cash register, handling cash transactions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
• Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
