Job Description: As a Sales Associate for the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Outlet Store, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with all associates and managers to learn about our products and brand. Your primary responsibilities will include staying up-to-date with product knowledge, greeting and engaging customers, processing register transactions accurately, upholding brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines, taking initiative to meet individual results, and representing the brand through polished communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stay current with product knowledge of store offerings
• Greet, engage, and educate customers on the features and benefits of furniture and accessories
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
• Take initiative and have a high level of ownership and accountability for individual results
• Welcome feedback and adapt behaviors as appropriate
• Represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in retail or home furnishings industry
Proven ability to exceed sales goals
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with current technology, including iPads, MAC, and PC

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
Ability to maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom
Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
Part-Time Sales associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday)
