Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs

  • Collaborating with our interprofessional team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services

  • Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly in our electronic health record system

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A current RN license to practice in the State of Washington

  • One (1) year of experience in direct patient care in an acute hospital setting, preferably in oncology or medical-surgical nursing

  • Current AHA BLS certification

  • Chemo/biotherapy ONS validation within 90 days of hire

  • OCN certification is preferred

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.82-$66.24 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 457b/401a retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, and paid time off.
