Job Summary:
The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
Assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs
Collaborating with our interprofessional team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly in our electronic health record system
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
A current RN license to practice in the State of Washington
One (1) year of experience in direct patient care in an acute hospital setting, preferably in oncology or medical-surgical nursing
Current AHA BLS certification
Chemo/biotherapy ONS validation within 90 days of hire
OCN certification is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $35.82-$66.24 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 457b/401a retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, and paid time off.
