Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team in the Mortgage division. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with the sales team and underwriting department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Mortgage and Homebuilding staff to ensure timely processing of mortgages.
  • Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department.
  • Coordinate closing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in loan processing software and systems.
