Job Title: X-Ray and Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Tridant Solutions Inc. in the Chico, California area.

Job Summary:

As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized breast procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. You will work independently, using your sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures that deliver accurate results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing, evaluating, and testing patients
  • Preparing and positioning patients for imaging exams
  • Attending to the patient's needs during imaging procedures
  • Performing x-ray studies independently
  • Performing 2-D/3-D screening and diagnostic mammography studies independently
  • Performing all required QC testing, data entry, and mammography tracking documentation tasks
  • Assisting patients from check-in through exam completion and providing compassionate service
Requirements:
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist's Certification
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification (preferred)
  • AART- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification
  • A valid unencumbered Radiology license for the State
  • Currently meet MQSA requirements to perform mammography independently
  • 1 or more years of experience with both 2-D and 3-D modalities, as well as diagnostic mammography
  • Experience with Breast Ultrasound
  • Ability to lift or move 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full vaccination or willingness to receive a COVID-19 vaccination (religious/medical exemptions allowed)
  • Current vaccinations and health clearance certification
  • Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
  • At least 12 months of relevant consecutive acute care experience in this specialty
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Work Environment:

Full-time position with no nights or weekend coverages/no on-call requirements. Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Fridays: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm.
