About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Artist to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our Culinary/Baker Shop team, you will be responsible for assisting our culinary leadership team in the production and fabrication of desserts and pastry products for our Banquet and PINE Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and/or product directions to create high-quality desserts and pastry products.
• Measure and mix baking ingredients using a variety of devices to ensure accurate production.
• Prepare items from scratch or box-scratch, such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts.
• Check production and maintain accurate records to plan production requirements.
• Requisition supplies and equipment as needed to ensure efficient production.
• Follow all applicable food regulatory rules and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of related work experience in baking and pastry capacity.
