Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Collector to join our team in Tampa. As a member of our recovery department, you will play a critical role in collecting past-due accounts from consumers while providing top-notch customer service.

In this position, you will use your strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with consumers, resolve issues, and achieve collection goals.

To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to analyze situations and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact consumers via telephone to inform, negotiate, and collect on past-due accounts
  • Communicate effectively with peers and Client Services via email and on the floor
  • Analyze situations and make sound decisions to resolve issues and achieve collection goals

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year of customer service or collections experience preferred
