Position Overview:
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Point-of-Sale systems across a variety of products.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive testing of Point-of-Sale terminals across diverse product lines.
  • Executing L3 EMV Certification using the UL Collis testing tool.
  • Maintaining and updating Mastercard simulators while managing log data.
  • Developing detailed test plans and scripts, executing credit/debit tests, and validating output data against specifications.
  • Collecting host and simulator logs for Card brand submissions and documenting defects in Jira.
  • Providing insights on test outcomes, assisting with production issues, and keeping stakeholders informed through regular meetings.
  • Setting up necessary test accounts for effective testing.
  • Understanding key business processes and rules that influence the development and implementation of information systems.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of technical QA experience in Merchant Payment Processing or Financial Services.
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in testing Point-of-Sale terminals.
  • Proficiency in performing L3 EMV Certification with the UL Collis tool.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Jira, database concepts, and MS Office.
  • Experience in translating user and system requirements into effective test scripts for over 3 years.
  • Experience in distributed testing, automation, and performance activities for at least 3 years.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

This position is fully on-site and is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
