At South River Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a GNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with the resident's care plan.
- Facilitate and conduct activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center.
- Ensure that all resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required.
- Document resident care and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Daily pay and flexible scheduling.
