Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Caretenders, a part of LHC Group. As a LPN in Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home
  • Work within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
  • Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily
  • Continually observe and report the patient's nursing needs
  • Instruct the patient's family in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient
  • Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of MA
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • CPR Certification required
