Job Title: Shift Leader - Central Lancaster Burger King

Join Ambrosia QSR as a Shift Leader in Central Lancaster and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure that all food orders are prepared and served to the highest standards, and that all food safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
