Insurance Portfolio Growth Manager
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Sales Producer to manage and grow our insurance portfolio at Murray & MacDonald Insurance Services, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving on-target earnings, monitoring revenue growth, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and pertinent legislation to provide expert guidance to clients.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance sales professional looking for a new challenge or a seasoned salesperson considering a career change. We offer a competitive salary with on-plan commission, five weeks of paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions, group health, life, and disability insurance, as well as continuing education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve on-target earnings through effective sales strategies and risk management approaches
• Monitor new and renewal revenue, client retention percentage, and overall business results
• Develop and implement networking strategies to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and pertinent legislation to provide expert guidance to clients
• Support clients in preventing potential insurance claims through proactive risk management services

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment
• Ability to obtain a P&C and LAH license
• Proficiency in IT systems
