Job Description
This role involves performing support operations functions, including data entry with 100% accuracy. The successful candidate will have experience in banking, payment, or account receivable processing, specifically in the lockbox environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Comprehending and translating verbal, written, and online instructions into action
  • FOLLOWING internal operational controls and bank standards

Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have 6-12 months of experience in banking, payment, or account receivable processing. A proven ability to learn and adapt quickly is essential, as is flexibility with scheduling. Additional requirements include:
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Data entry proficiency with 8k – 10k ksph
  • PROVEN customer focus and attention to detail in a production environment

Estimated Salary
$50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
