**Job Summary**

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team. As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our critical mission partner to enhance national security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement network infrastructure to integrate with existing systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective use of tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the program management team to identify and prioritize features for future site installs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with the full government and systems engineering team to resolve integration issues and maximize system performance, including diagnostics and resolution.
  • Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to ensure long-term viability while minimizing costs.
  • Implement preventative maintenance measures to minimize outages and ensure high system availability.

**Required Skills:**

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or comparable work experience.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to undergo polygraph examination.
  • Proficiency in telecommunications, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and infrastructure technologies, including IEEE, EIA/TIA, SATCOM, coax, copper, and fiber.
  • Understanding of WAN, LAN, and Campus technologies, as well as familiarity with routing protocols, including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and IP/MPLS.

**Desired Skills:**

  • Experience leading a team and developing workflow processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using various styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.
  • Extensive analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, and Google/GCP.

**Clearance Requirements:**

Top Secret SCI clearance is required to start.
