Banquet Captain

The Inn on Boltwood is seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless event experience for our guests.

• Coordinate and oversee the Banquet staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient event execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and ensure timely food and beverage service.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

• Leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team and resolve issues.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; serving and set-up experience preferred.
