Creative Retail Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Retail Janitorial Specialist to join our team in maintaining the overall look and feel of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards, and performing various janitorial tasks as assigned.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store, including floors, walls, and fixtures.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are neat and orderly.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner.
• Clean and disinfect high-traffic areas, such as bathrooms and break rooms.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will be required to:

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Engage with customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards, and complete enrollments as necessary.
• Assist with omni-channel processes, including buy online pickup in-store (BOPIS) and ship from store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• The ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• The ability to move throughout the store.
