Position: Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Qualifications:

The Opportunity:
We are in search of engineers with substantial commercial front-end UI development experience in creating sophisticated web applications (examples include enterprise-level software solutions). The ideal candidate should have a background in software companies, emphasizing the development of robust applications rather than basic websites or internal applications. Candidates with experience in banking or healthcare website development may not align with our needs. This role involves hands-on coding as an individual contributor, rather than a managerial position.
Overview of Our Technology Stack: Our platform software is an HTML5/CSS3 application crafted in Typescript and transpiled to ES6. It operates on an XML metadata-driven framework developed entirely in-house. The platform employs plugins to enhance functionality for content editing and formatting, such as TinyMCE for content editing, and other tools for document annotations and video/image capture. The application is highly interactive and necessitates knowledge of object-oriented programming, including promises, events, DOM manipulation, local storage/indexedDB, and micro-service request/response handling.
