Your Role as a Rehabilitation Nursing Aide:
  • Deliver direct patient care aligned with your training and competencies.
  • Support RNs or LPNs in executing patient care tasks.
  • Understand each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
  • Cultivate rewarding relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Engage in opportunities for learning, growth, and skill development.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
  • Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
  • Preferred: One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Experience with medically complex patients is advantageous.
  • State-issued C.N.A. or L.N.A. license is preferred.
