Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DSP RF Algorithm Engineer to leverage your expertise in signal processing to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance national security. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tackling complex challenges faced by the Department of Defense (DoD). As part of a dynamic team, you will engage in modeling and analyzing foreign threat systems, antennas, and communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to assess the detectability and survivability of airborne systems.
  • Develop detailed models and simulations using programming languages such as Fortran, C++, MATLAB, and Simulink.
  • Utilize your knowledge of signal processing to create radar and antenna models that inform tactical decisions.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, physicists, and mathematicians to deliver impactful results for DoD clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in signal processing, including Fourier analysis and digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms.
  • Proficiency in RF engineering and coding in MATLAB, Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with software-defined radios (SDRs) and RF test equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with RF propagation, antennas, and modulation techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and data engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
