As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be people-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also have the ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment.
