Responsibilities

1. **Assessment**: Conducting thorough admission and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions, addressing their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs while promptly notifying physicians of any significant changes.
2. **Planning**: Crafting, directing, and documenting individualized care plans that incorporate patient and family education, ensuring a seamless transition of care and safe discharge processes.

5. **Communication**: Engaging in effective handoff communication through Bedside Shift Report, ensuring continuity of care and collaboration among team members.

7. **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

Qualifications
**Required Education**:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current RN license in the State of Texas
- BLS certification
**Required Experience**:
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Proven competence in nursing performance expectations
**Skills Needed**:
- Strong communication abilities
