Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to join our dynamic construction team. As an Aerial Lineman, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing aerial cables for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain aerial cables and related hardware to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Operate aerial lift equipment to access telecommunications lines and equipment.
• Utilize knowledge of Aerial OSP engineering to effectively plan and execute projects.
• Perform pole installations, replacements, and maintenance tasks as required.
• String and lash cables, and install anchors as per project specifications.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure project timelines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to aerial cable systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of cables and equipment to identify and fix potential problems.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman in the construction or telecommunications industry.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience with aerial cable installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient in operating aerial lifts and other related equipment.
• Knowledge of Aerial OSP engineering and pole installations.
• Familiarity with stringing and lashing cables, and installing anchors.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
