Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Intake Specialist to join our team at Octagon Consulting LLC. As an Immigration Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and ensuring all eligibility requirements are met prior to entry. You will provide potential clients with an exceptional telephone and in-person experience, requiring a combination of telephone skills, empathy, and ability to investigate the root of their problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and Processing: Log and organize intake paperwork on internal servers and case management databases, and communicate with team members to facilitate the intake and consultation process.
  • Client Communication: Convey confidence that we can help potential clients with their immigration matters, and show empathy to clients to put them at ease.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform basic data entry to create prospect and client records in tracking systems, and use online tracking systems or Excel to generate reports and compile metrics regarding volume and quality of leads, and sales conversion rates.
  • Language Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in working with web-based online programs. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • License: Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Typing Speed: 35-40 WPM.
  • Language Skills: English and Spanish fluency.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to multitask, and toggle multiple computer systems.
  • Stress Tolerance: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stress.
