We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our System Flex Team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a System Flex Team Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations throughout our health system, providing patient care and promoting health through the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs.
- Formulate and implement a plan of care for each patient, including interventions, evaluation of response to interventions, and documentation as appropriate.
- Deliver care with age and cultural competence, reflecting collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain current eNLC RN licensure and required certifications.
- Associate of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (required)
- Bachelors of Science, nursing (preferred)
- One year as a Registered Nurse, minimum with nursing experience in specialty
- 4-5 years as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
- 1-2 years as a Travel Nurse (preferred)
