Job Summary

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care, support, and companionship to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and participating in therapeutic goals.

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene needs, including dressing and grooming
  • Support physical and occupational therapy goals, promoting independence and mobility
  • Engage in light housekeeping activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Dispense medication after receiving proper training and guidance
  • Monitor vital signs, reporting any concerns or changes to management
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork, documenting resident progress and experiences
  • Provide a supportive and caring environment, fostering strong relationships with residents and colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role (preferred)
  • First aid and CPR certification (desired, but we will provide training to the right candidate)
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Able to adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a secure environment for residents and staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, demonstrating physical stamina and capability
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach, aligning with our organization's values
  • Able to pass a Livescan background check and drug test, verifying your reliability and trustworthiness
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, enabling you to transport residents safely
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while still maintaining open communication with management
Compensation and Benefits
