Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Valet Attendant to join our team at Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Hotel located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests' arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
  • Assist with luggage and motor vehicles
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide orientation
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Desk team
  • Manage phone activity at the Bell station and respond to company radios
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Able to work closely with other departments to ensure optimum guest satisfaction
  • Well-groomed and able to stand for long periods of time during shift(s)
  • Able to move quickly to retrieve guest's vehicles
