Constellation Health Services is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as volunteers in our hospice program. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with terminal illnesses.

Responsibilities may include engaging in conversation, reading to patients, sharing music or videos, and providing a supportive presence. Volunteers are needed in the Manchester area and are required to commit to our program for at least one year.

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older
  • Ability to commit to our program for at least one year
  • Strong listening skills and compassion for others
  • Good boundaries and self-care
  • No close death in the last year
