We are seeking an exceptional Product Engineer to design and manufacture industry-relevant products that meet company specifications. As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with the Vice President & Manager of Engineering to create products that meet safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and design skills, a good working knowledge of design software, and advanced troubleshooting skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop drawings and specifications for product manufacturing, assembly, and testing/inspection.
  • Utilize MRP/ERP software for bill of material and routing instructions to support production.
  • Conduct market and industry product trend analysis.
  • Create full product designs and specifications using computer software modeling techniques.
  • Select product materials and design the product manufacturing process.
  • Address questions and resolve issues from production and manufacturing team members.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Enforce DCX-CHOL Enterprises policies and safety practices.
  • Participate in training, safety, and quality programs.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant prior work experience. Previous experience as a Product Engineer is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD, and 3D Modeling software.
  • Advanced analytical and design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to visualize theoretical models and design ideas.
  • Good project management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
  • Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in explaining complex topics to a broader audience.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) Techniques.
