Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jack Link's, a leading manufacturer of protein snacks. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods through our supply chain.

• Facilitate freight movements through the supply chain to support internal production and customer order demand.
• Execute reverse logistics processes, including claims, returns, and delivery receipt retrieval.
• Communicate with internal and external partners on carrier selection, routing, and management.
• Determine appropriate delivery methods that balance service and cost expectations.
• Provide problem resolution for internal and external business partners.
• Responsible for key metrics, including on-time delivery, on-time shipment, and cost components.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
• Strong working knowledge of TMS and ERP systems, including SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
