We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ProgressiveHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert medical guidance and care to employees in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Conduct injury and illness case management, including return-to-work coordination and disability accommodations
  • Perform and manage occupational health screenings such as audiograms, drug screenings, and respirator fit testing
  • Support ergonomic assessments and safety coaching to promote workplace safety
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety team and provide health education/coaching
  • Maintain and manage electronic medical records (EMR) and occupational health data systems
  • Participate in campus wellness events and environmental health and safety meetings
  • Support First Aid/CPR training and AED inspections
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with Board Certification
  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice location
  • CPR/AED/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications
