Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize technology to streamline processes.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
