Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Research Medical Center. As an ER Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly assess and prioritize incoming patients, providing timely and effective care.
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, stabilize patients, and provide direct nursing care.
  • Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
  • Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions, making necessary referrals as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state licensure required.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • BLS and ALS certification required and maintained.
  • EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire.
