Job Summary

The Willingboro School District is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our school community, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our students, staff, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor school hallways, lavatories, and other areas to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and staff to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities and take corrective action.
  • Provide assistance and support to students and staff in emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting.
