Job Overview

At Johnson's Air Conditioning, we have been a leading provider of climate control solutions in Naples since our inception. We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals with a mechanical aptitude to become part of our dedicated workforce. While prior experience in HVAC is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite; what we value most is a strong willingness to learn and grow in this fulfilling profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct inspections and execute repairs or replacements of equipment as necessary.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and thorough cleaning of HVAC systems.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in HVAC or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Physical capability to manage the demands of the job.
  • Ability to access hard-to-reach areas through climbing, bending, and stooping.
  • Capacity to stand, walk, and navigate through attics and homes to service HVAC equipment.
  • Willingness to engage in physical activities such as climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Collaboration is essential; technicians must be prepared to assist colleagues as required. Flexibility to work overtime is expected due to varying workloads.
