Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, and patient schedule.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
