As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom environment, ensuring the efficient operation of our dishwashing equipment, and providing exceptional support to our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and break down the dishwashing area, including preparing and cleaning the dish machine and scraping area
- Scrape, rack, and wash service ware and pots, and return them to the established storage area
- Work collaboratively with other dishroom staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Entry-level position with on-the-job training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
