This includes ensuring that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our guests, as well as promoting safety in all guest areas by following strict procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean all rooms to exceed hotel and company standards
• Responsible for all uniforms, equipment, and supplies
• Communicate with staff on the status of all cleaned rooms
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas
• Inform management of any hazardous situations, emergencies or security threats
