Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect medical care management to patients, ensuring optimum access for walk-in and telephone triage patients.
- Participate in patient visits as instructed by the provider to improve patient flow, quality of patient care, and patient satisfaction.
- Notify patients of test results and follow-up plans as directed by medical providers.
- Assist in patient referrals to specialists as needed and provide health education and resources to patients as appropriate.
- Provide case management of patients as requested by medical providers or per protocol.
- Direct nursing care as required by license standards of care and participate in infection control, utilization review, and quality assessment activities and analysis.
- Current California RN or LVN License and current CPR certification are required.
- 1-2 years RN or LVN experience, with a willingness to train qualified learners.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
LVN: $33.00-$35.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $8,000. RN: $50.00-$52.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000.
