Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support students' academic, social, behavioral, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students' academic and social growth.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet students' unique needs.
  • Participate in crisis intervention services as needed, providing support to students and staff during times of crisis.
  • Contribute to school-wide positive behavior support initiatives, working with teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive school environment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid Massachusetts license as a School Psychologist.
  • National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis, with the ability to provide clear and concise recommendations for student support.
