We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead our nursing team at Monroeville Nursing & Rehab in Monroeville, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the overall operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, and values.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
