Phlebotomy Specialist

About the Role: As a Phlebotomy Specialist at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, you will play a vital role in the operation of our laboratory. Your primary responsibility will be to collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, such as venipuncture and capillary puncture. You will also be responsible for preparing specimens for analysis and maintaining the quality of specimens.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. A minimum of one year of hospital phlebotomy experience is required, along with basic computer skills.
