We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our pediatric clinical outpatient team in Glendale, Arizona. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in treating infants aged 3 to 18 months with abnormal head shapes using the DOC Band.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treat patients with cranial dysmorphia using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy
  • Strong knowledge of cranial orthoses and their application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
