Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain cost structures for all beverage offerings.
  • Confirm pricing and costs for newly introduced inventory items.
  • Detect cost discrepancies and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, including submitting claims.
  • Estimate and apply freight charges and other supplier fees.
  • Administer monthly sales tax and use tax filings.
  • Communicate price adjustments to relevant departments.
  • Enhance processes, procedures, and the efficiency of internal controls regarding beverage product costing.
  • Ensure accurate general ledger coding on invoices for Accounts Payable processing.
  • Collaborate across the organization with other functional teams.
  • Oversee and guarantee that supplier reimbursements are processed and collected.
  • Assist other members of the Accounting Department or participate in special projects as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project, Cost, or General Accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service focus, problem-solving abilities, and follow-up skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar is highly preferred.
