Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Infection Control

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Canton, OH. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with our clients in Canton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in infection control and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement interventions to help patients regain their independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on infection control and prevention
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in infection control and prevention
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
