Role Overview:
The Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in providing physician-recommended physical therapy aimed at enhancing or alleviating the patient's physical disabilities. This position involves maintaining effective communication with Physicians, the healthcare team, and other relevant parties regarding the patient's care and progress. The Physical Therapist will assist in developing and adjusting the care plan as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prescribed physical therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding patient status and care adjustments.
