About the Role

At CommonSpirit Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Therapist to join our team. As a Nutrition Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing medical nutritional therapy to patients, assessing their nutritional status, and developing personalized plans to maintain or improve their nutritional health.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' nutritional status and develop a plan of care to maintain or improve their nutritional health
  • Counsel patients and/or families about food requirements, eating habits, and therapeutic nutrition
  • Periodically evaluate patients' response to the plan of care and modify it as required for optimal outcomes
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Dietitian; working experience in an acute care hospital highly preferred
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
