**Job Description**

We seek a seasoned Surgical Operations Manager to oversee our program planning process, bringing valuable expertise to the development of annual goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

This role involves serving as the on-site Personal Director, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring the fair and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing finances, monitoring expenses, and maintaining accurate records.

We require a Master's degree in health administration, business administration, or management, or equivalent education and experience. A background in surgery operations is highly desirable.

**Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per year
