Senior Legal Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Contract Specialist to identify, prevent, and resolve various legal issues related to commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will create, review, and advise on contracts with vendors and suppliers, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and procurement agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and revise a variety of commercial contracts with vendors and suppliers. Manage real property transactions, such as leases.
- Legal Documentation: Develop templates for legal documents, including agreements, amendments, employee handbooks, and client outreach documents.
- Personnel Collaboration: Work closely with the Human Resources department to train staff and advise management on legal procedures and best practices.
- Communication: Liaise with team members and vendors regarding contract status and process-related inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the construction or cement industry.
- Familiarity with public procurement and government contracting practices is advantageous.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft contracts of basic to medium complexity.
- Critical knowledge and experience in contract administration and negotiation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
