As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized club environment. This includes thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors. You will also be responsible for stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and properly disposing of trash and recycling.

Additionally, you will be expected to have a positive and upbeat attitude towards our members during interactions. You will report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager and follow our "Lost and Found Policy" by turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have custodial experience, be able to work overnight hours if required, and have a strong work ethic. You will also need to be able to lift over 50 pounds and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

This role requires continual standing and walking during shift, as well as occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching. You will also be exposed to toxic chemicals on occasion.
